Tasks Included restructuring the holding company to streamline all processes along with leading future strategic partnerships. Daily tasks included Information Architecture for 20+ establishments with 10+ levels of data segmentation (payments, reservations, referrals, staffing, inventory, sourcing, operations, marketing etc).
The goal was to funnel and organize all data back to the HQ in order to gain insight and increase profits. A 60-30-10 ratio of optimization-maximization-innovation. I lead an in-house team along with external contractors while executing a majority of the design and sales myself.
